Jason Schmidt, Owner/Operator tells us what it is like running a food trailer in the beautiful Alexandria of Minnesota and some differences in the Twin Cities versus up north when running a BBQ business. Jason also tells us::

BBQ was a hobby of mine for many years.

I am married with 2 grown children, a recently added son in law and soon-to-be grandpa.

I am also a retired volunteer firefighter who has a passion for serving our community.

The hobby quickly grew into a part time gig and 2 years ago I took the leap to making it a full time business.

Catering and pop ups are the ways I can stay connected to our community.

I have a passion for creating delicious BBQ that brings people together.
