What a great time with David and the crew! Such an impressive BBQ store that utilizes the incredible knowledge that David Ellis and team has for classes and demonstrations.

We were at the yearly Grill-A-Palooza, and we sampled great food by Machete Boys BBQ and interviewed David and the team.

The Smoke Stack BBQ Supply Store. Cory and his family are the best. They really go the extra mile to make sure we have the spices, sauces and other oddities we keep stashed around the trailer. I truly believe they are the best BBQ supply store in Minnesota with two locations, one in Brainerd and a sister store in Alexandria. Our relationship with Smokestack started shortly after they opened the store, and we're extremely proud to cook under their banner every weekend throughout the season.

Machete Boys BBQ Team- Machete Boys BBQ is a championship BBQ Team from Minneapolis, MN. They have competed in more than 40 competitions across the Midwest since making the jump from Backyard to pro in 2019. Entering their 3rd full season, they are looking to pile on the wins, bring home that ever so elusive first GC and make the inaugural trip to the American Royal.
