E14 UNQC- Eroc's LLC Rubs and Sauces with Eric Lofthus

Another great interview with Eric Lofthus, owner of Eroc's LLC.  Eric says he has always been interested in the BBQ industry and has been on the BBQ circuit for years, traveling and competing in many states. While creating rubs and sauces for competitions, Erik had a lot of interest from the public in his products, so he went into mass production.  He has over 90 National Awards for his products from the biggest Competitions out there.  He continues to innovate and come up with new rubs and sauces. Erik and I have competed in some of the same cookoffs over the years, and I have noticed his tent at local farmer’s markets! I am excited to share this interview with you!
